ABOUT US

Gateway Africa Safaris Tanzania is a local safari tour company established and operates in Tanzania- East Africa owned by a Paul Maliti (Tanzanian).  This company was started in 2015 as a small company. Paul Maliti has more than five years of experience in tour guiding and tourism activities. His love and passion for people and heritage motivated him to start this company.

PAUL MALITI

Paul Maliti is an experienced tour guide who has worked in tourism industry for more than five years. He graduated at Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA) with the Bachelors Degree in Tourism Management. Before joining SUA he had a chance to study a short course at the College of Arts and Social Science by then (CASS) at the University of Dar es Salaam whereby he was honored a Diploma certificate in Heritage Management and Tour Guidance. Then he had an opportunity to work in the Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism also worked in the Ministry of Finance. Moreover, he has been working with a Christian charity known as Kulea Childcare Villages as a tour guide and board of directors. His love and passion for people and heritage resources motivated him to engage in tourism business.

PAUL MSERY (FORMER DIRECTOR)

Paul Msery was born and raised in Kilimanjaro region where Mount Kilimanjaro is located. After completed primary and secondary school he attended a tourism college in 2005 known as Tropical Center Institute, thereafter, he started his career as a safari and mountain guide in 2008 to this moment.
